SHIPPING TO & FROM THE YACHT

SHIPPING TO THE YACHTS

Materials and items may be shipped or mailed to our Port Agent. Please ask your SeaDream Charter Coordinator for the Port agent contact information pertaining to your itinerary. 

 

SeaDream accepts no responsibility for items shipped to our agents.  For deliveries to our agent we need to verify with the agent that they have storage for shipped items and if there are storage or transport charges involved.  All financial interaction between charter and the local agent, needs to be handled without SeaDream.  Weight and size of boxes are important.

Packages should be addressed as follows:

    Your name
    Yacht Name
    Sailing Date
    C/O Port Agent’s Name & Address 

If you are staying at a hotel the night prior, you may wish to consider shipping items to the hotel.  This way you have some time to chase up missing boxes and/or also to check the contents are intact.  In general hotels do not have storage charges.

SHIPPING FROM THE YACHTS

SeaDream Yacht Club does not ship any items for guests or Charters. We respectfully advise that in light of world events, constantly changing security laws, regulations and restrictions which may vary from country to country, that we cannot assume responsibility for any shipped items as we ultimately have no control over the shipping process. 

We cannot provide an adequate assurance to the guest / Charter that the package will arrive safely and timely, in one piece, at its destination. Thus, the guests or Charter needs to make their own arrangements.

If a guest or Charter wants to ship items back to the US or anywhere else, the responsibility is entirely on them to ship it.  

We assume & accept no responsibility for the shipping or storage of any items after the guest or Charter has left the Yacht.
