KEY CARD

During embarkation, the guests will present their Yacht Ticket Contract, passport and credit card.  As part of the embarkation process, a photo will be taken of each guest and shown on their Key Card.

In addition, the Key Card will have the following information:

Passport number
Nationality
Cruise #
Sailing Date
Ship
Sailing From
Sailing To
Lifeboat #
Shore to Ship phone #

 

This Key Card is the key to the stateroom and also a security card that is used every time the guests enter or leave the yacht.  The yacht staff will be able to see who is onboard or not, at any given time.
