At SeaDream Yacht Club gratuities are included in the price of the charter.  In the event a charter wishes to give additional gratuity to the entire crew, we encourage the entire sum to be given to the “Crew Welfare Fund” overseen by the Captain.

The money collected in the “Crew Welfare Fund” will serve to assist families of crew members in need, to enable crew members to join excursions, to enjoy a crew Christmas party etc.
