Meet SEADREAM’s Executive Fleet Chef, Tomasz Kozlowski.

Tomasz joined the SEADREAM team in 2001 and through dedication, professionalism and true enthusiasm became Fleet Executive Chef of SEADREAM Yacht Club in 2017. 

Tomasz has over 20 years of experience working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry including hotels in France, Germany, Spain and Poland. His skills include Catering, Food and Beverages, Hospitality Management, Menu Development and all types of worldwide cuisine.

Tomasz graduated from the Technology Gastronomy College in Poland with a diploma in “Distinctions in Gastronomy Technology"and has a certificate from the "National Registry of Food Safety Professionals". During college he won second place at an international culinary competition.

Tomasz was asked "where do you get your inspiration from?"

“I always take culinary inspiration from the experiences around me, from the country and port we are sailing in. It is great to combine different ideas together. For me no day is ever the same, so you never quite know what could happen and this keeps me “fresh” on my toes.
