DISEMBARKATION
All staterooms should be vacated by 9:00 AM and departure from the yachts is by 10:00 AM.
In San Juan, Puerto Rico departure from the yacht is latest by 9:00 AM (special San Juan rule and regulation).
Due to Customs clearance and Immigration procedures, you should allow at least two hours after arrival at your disembarkation destination before your guests can disembark. Your arrangements for transportation should be made with this in mind. We recommend that you allow at least three to four hours between the yacht’s scheduled arrival and your airline flight departure depending on the disembarkation port.
San Juan disembarkation
The Department of Homeland Security in San Juan provides a short time frame to process disembarking guests. All guests must disembark during the allotted period. In general this window lasts about 1 hour, commencing shortly after arrival. If a charter does not disembark at the window provided to us, the yacht will be given a later disembarkation time, after all other cruise ships that are in port have finished their disembarkation. This could affect flight departures. We strongly encourage charters to comply with the time given.
The Department of Homeland Security in San Juan does not have the manpower to monitor each cruise ship at the same time and SeaDream Yacht Club has no influence or control over Homeland Security’s rules and procedures.
