  • Table Cloths for themed events  i.e. Wedding, Pirate event, etc.

  • Flowers for dining e.g.  Small arrangements of white roses for breakfast, larger arrangements for lunch and large red rose center pieces for dinner.

  • Banner -  see banner section for recommended measurements

  • Cushions for chairs, deck chairs & Balinese beds

  • Pool Logo - The recommendable size of the logo for the pool is 4' x 8' or 4' x 13'

  • Logo on Dinner Menus and Daily Program

  • Hospitality Desk (manned by charter staff) in Concierge Lobby on deck 3

  • Computers in Library can be defaulted to charter’s website

  • Through our boutique buyer items that we have available for purchase can be customized i.e. bathrobes, polo shirts etc.  Our boutique buyer will be happy to discuss other gift options

  • Boutique Credit

  • Shipboard Credit – for use at guests’ choice

  • Preferred Internet rate (Check with your charter coordinator for pricing) of unlimited use on the internet onboard.

Food & Beverage

  • Theme menus

  • Wine Tasting: The Sommelier can host a wine tasting for a limited number of guests.  We use the complimentary wines or guest can purchase wines specifically for this event from our estate wine menu

  • Upgraded wines can be purchased from our estate wine menu

  • Wine Cellar Credit

  • In Room Beverage Package for Bottles of Alcohol

  • Champagne & Caviar Splash; In the Caribbean you can have a beach party in either Jost Van Dyke (BVI), Fisher’s Cove (Virgin Gorda), Pigeon Island (St. Lucia) or Mayreau (the Grenadines). Should you wish to have this event we do need to book the beach in advance. It is therefore important that you let your SeaDream Charter Coordinator know as early as possible. The beach party is a daytime event and one beach party (rental of beach, food and beverage) is included with your charter. In some places, such as f.i. Pigeon Island (St. Lucia), the rental of the beach does not include tent, sun chairs and lounges. The rental of these items is additional and will be charged to the charter. Should you require a second beach party, and the beach is available, then this would be provided at an additional charge. 

  • Afternoon Tea: we could host a formal afternoon tea served in the Library with live music by our pianist.

  • Spring Rolls or Pizza & Bloody Mary served by the pool

  • Ice-cream Served by the pool

  • Limoncello Party served either by the pool or at the Top of the Yacht Bar 

  • Sangria & Tapas served either by the pool or at the Top of the Yacht Bar

Yachting Land Adventures & Entertainment

  • Yachting Land adventures customization, fireworks (dependent on the port) and local entertainment are available at additional charges.

  • Featured Movies: SeaDream can order special themed & foreign language movies for public showings. This would be at an additional cost.

  • To cover over the Pool for special event or entertainment (Check with your Charter Coordinator for pricing)

  • To cover the Jacuzzi for special event or entertainment. (Check with your Charter Coordinator for pricing)
