The Concierge Desk handles all money matters as well as guest inquiries and private arrangements.  They are open every day from 08.00-23.00; except on embarkation day when they open at 14:00.

Printing - If you need to make photocopies or print anything, please visit our Concierge Desk and they will be able to assist you. Black & White copies: 10¢ each. Color copies:  25¢ each

For items that needs to be printed from the computers in the Library, they will need to be emailed to the Concierge Desk. The charges for printing are the same as for photocopies.

In addition, guests/charters requesting letters or other documents to be formatted and typed will be charged at a rate of $25 per page.
