Our china comes from the renowned Norwegian company Porsgrund (established 1885). We have two different lines onboard; one for the Topside Restaurant and one very elegant line with a silver lining for our Dining Salon.

The crystal used onboard is produced at Hadeland Glassverk. Hadeland Glassverks is one of the companies, among others, owned by SeaDream’s owner, Atle Brynestad. Hadeland Glassverk was founded in 1762 by King Christian VI and his advisors. Our Boutique onboard stocks some of their productions.

Each table setting has a hand made crystal charger plate made by Hadeland. This plate, which is unique to SeaDream, is called Diamant and was designed by Norwegian glass blower Susanne Schürch.

Our table linen is woven in Belgium with fine extra combed Egyptian Carnac, cotton, twisted in warp and in weft, with 280 tread count.  The linens are fully customized with Jacquard woven SeaDream logo.

We use two brands of silverware onboard: Mathinsen from Norway & Sambonet from Italy 

​

WMF from Germany are used for some silver platters & dishes.
